| Working Hours Customer Service office hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Printing Estimates You can call us at 1-800-649-9409 or (207) 945-9405 and talk directly to an Estimator, fax us at (207) 945-9971, or e-mail your printing specifications to est@furbushroberts.com or use our on-line Quik Quote feature. The more specific the information you can provide including any mock-up/comps will help us to give you the most accurate printing estimate. Please make sure to leave your phone number so we can call with any follow-up questions we may have. Work Scheduling Average turnaround time for most printed work is 5-10 working days. This is provided that all proofs are approved on time and no unforeseen problems arise. Jobs that require special finishing or bindery will require additional production and printing time. Let us know about any specific deadlines you have and we’ll do our best to accomodate them. We will meet your deadline! Proofing We will provide appropriate proofs for your job. We require you to sign-off on proofs before proceeding with the printing of your job, so please be sure to examine any proofs in a careful yet timely manner. Purchase Orders If purchase orders are required–please mail or fax them to us. Payment Terms All orders are COD unless open credit has been established with our credit manager, Fran Kelly. With credit established our terms are 1% discount 10 days. Net 30 days. | ||
